Providing an accurate Construction Estimate involves many different factors and will take time to put together. To ensure we can provide the highest level of service, we must also evaluate our current workload and the timing of your project. To provide additional information, we have prepared the following FAQ based on the many inquiries we’ve received over the years:

Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
Yes we are licensed, insured and bondable.

What types of projects do you do?
We specialize in large-scale residential custom homes, commercial buildings, restaurants and multi-home projects. We do both new construction and large renovation projects.

Are there any types of jobs you do not accept?
It is our policy to wait to look at a project until home ownership is in place. If you are currently in the process of purchasing a property, we ask that you wait for escrow to close prior to contacting us.

Do you provide design/build services?
Yes, we have a talented design team that can work with you throughout your building process – providing research, design, permitting, and making sure the home is in compliance with current codes and regulations. We also often work closely with our clients’ Architects to produce the best results.

Is there a minimum square footage price for construction you can provide?
Every project is unique and pricing is determined by project location, scope of work, material sourcing and current market situations. Given this, we’re unable to provide a “ballpark” price. Our process includes a site visit, design review and preliminary budget discussion. To start the process, we kindly ask that you complete our questionnaire below.
